About Us:

Located in the heart of San Francisco, a stone's throw from Fisherman's Wharf, we are a rapidly growing law
firm looking for a passionate litigation attorney to join our firm (*in addition we have an opening in our New
York Office). You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, rather than a high volume of cases
and participate and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds as part of an inclusive team. You will go
home fulfilled at the end of the day knowing that you are making a difference in people's lives.
Our firm has grown rapidly, serving as lead and co-counsel on cases on anticompetitive business practices
and antitrust violations. We are widely regarded as one of the nation's leading law firms with an established
record prosecuting some of the most significant cases across the US. We represent individuals and
businesses with a particular focus on class actions involving antitrust-related issues and complex business
disputes.

sophisticated, seven-figure cases within just a few years.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform high quality legal work without constant supervision.
• Take and defend key depositions.
• Law and motion practice, including hearings.
• Case management, including hearings.
• Consult with Partners to set case strategy and goals. Implement and execute on plan.
• Business Development: outreach to potential referring counsel, potential clients.
• Generation of firm marketing and advertising materials.
• Direct and handle press inquiries as appropriate.
• Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff.

Job Requirements:
• 2-5 years' experience of Complex Litigation experience.
• Top Notch Writing Skills.
• Drive to Run your own Docket of Cases.
• Drafting complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Take & defend depositions, argue motions in court, handle mediation, examine witnesses at trial and
supervise more junior attorneys and support staff.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Leadership on cases or experience working with senior partner (preferred).
• Plaintiff work (preferred).
• Antitrust, class action or complex litigation experience (preferred).
• Candidates with clerkship experience are encouraged to apply.
