What The Position is About:
- Oversee all marketing & lead generation for the company (digital, traditional, and non-traditional)
- Manage marketing KPIs and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources (big focus on decreasing the marketing cost)
- Manage the Call Center Manager and team
- Manage the Shows/Events Manager and team
- Manage marketing vendors and third party relationships
- Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Marketing & lead generation experience within the home services industry
- Marketing management experience at a $10M+ home improvement company is preferred
- Experience managing marketing teams (preferably shows & events and a call center)
