Job description
Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of large construction, retail, office, and commercial projects. This individual will be responsible for developing project plans and managing all day-to-day project activities, while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including project scope, budget, timeline, and resources
- Track project progress and prepare status reports
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly and efficiently
- Manage changes and risks in the project scope
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop effective communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Project Management in a construction, retail, office, or commercial setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
