We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Commercial Cleaning Team to join our team!

The Assistant Manager is a position to support the night side cleaning teams and the nightside manager. You will take ownership of your span of control and work together with our team to provide quality service solutions!
Night-Side hours, 6pm-2am, Sunday-Thursday
Starting Pay of $33,000 /year - $42,000/ year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Leadership qualities
- A strong work ethic
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity throughout daily discord
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of technology
KEY DUTIES:
- Care for, mentor, and nurture team members to a place of excellence
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Consistency in service
- Scheduling and submitting schedules for employees
- Conducting inspections and reports for employees
- Foster team member relationships to support retention and opportunities
- Quarterly reviews for all employees and create action plans for improvement
- Disciplinary action through our corrective action policy
- Ensure our service is up to Zoë Standard for each of our clients
- Create action plans for improvement
- Handle, inform, address complaints, monitor, and inspect
