Job description

Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the restaurant. The head cheese (feta, goat or otherwise). Our GMs lead by example in all aspects of store management and create an environment where hospitality is the rule and not the exception. They know the business of our business, including relevant metrics and how to manage a P&L report, and their engine revs at the thought of executing company LTOs and other programs.

About:

Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings. Every day, we create fantastic food that will make you feel good, or even better, after eating it. And that is why we use the term \life-changing salads.\ It's been our pleasure to grow to 14 restaurants across the DFW area helping guests discover satisfying every day.

But our mission goes beyond satisfying, nutritious meals. We strive to leave this world healthier than the way we found it. We do this with our delicious and sustainably-sourced food. We do this through our eco-loyal practices like paper straws and recycled building materials. And we do this by recognizing and rewarding our team. We do this with the utmost pride and respect for every person we know.
