**LOCATION:** US Remote

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and sales enablement to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in business development within the travel and education industries. Your responsibilities will include managing sales processes, facilitating communications with travel advisors, and supporting sales strategies aimed at engaging, converting, and nurturing our partner channels. Success in this role will hinge on your strong copywriting skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems and marketing communications.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, your duties will encompass sales pipeline management, partner account updates and onboarding, travel conference planning and support, and contributing to overall sales strategy. Collaboration with colleagues in sales enablement and marketing will be key as you work to drive bookings growth through Travel Advisor acquisition and retention.

This position is remote, with occasional travel required. Our sales team is distributed across multiple states.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Manage daily emails, inquiries, and monthly webinars
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on email development and content creation
- Assist in managing advisor commission payments in coordination with the Finance Team
- Schedule meetings with advisors and partners to support the sales team
- Create and execute 1:1 sequence automations
- Proof and develop content for partner websites and Advisor Toolkit
- Maintain and update the travel advisor portal with tour itineraries and FAQs
- Maintain organization of sales CRM and Ops platform
- Contribute to social media efforts, including Facebook and Instagram
- Develop conference marketing materials and workflows

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**

- 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in creating compelling email and landing page content
- CRM experience, preferably with Hubspot
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication in a remote work environment
