Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a SaaS Company based in Lincoln. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and so our client is seeking multiple ERP Support Analysts to join their rapidly growing support team who can help navigate them through this exciting period.   

In return, our client is offering a starting salary of up to c£30,000, as well as other employee perks including 30 days holiday + stats, hybrid working, flexi working hours, birthday off work, modern office facilities, and plenty of internal progression opportunities. 

Please note: The successful candidate will be located within a commutable distance of their Lincoln office as the initial probationary period may be completely office-based.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Provide ERP software support to a wide range of clients and end-users  
• Deal promptly and accurately with support tickets, and appropriately escalate issues up to the correct team via ticketing system 
• Document all communication, issues/faults, updates and outcomes via CRM system 
• Consult with departments and colleagues across the business to attain the company’s high customer service standards 
• Work within customer SLAs and deadlines, ensuring issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner 

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a similar ERP/software support role essential
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems essential
• IT related qualifications
• Confident communicator with customers, colleagues, and clients 
• Avid interest in information technology and software  
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise tickets are handled in a timely fashion
