Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: We want our General Managers to dream and to dream big and take pride in promoting a powerful company culture. The General Manager must be passionate, and innovative and understand how to inspire others as you will be the leader our people will turn to for direction. The General Manager will be responsible for the hands-on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.

Maintaining initiatives in the areas of administrative responsibilities, interviewing, hiring & training, performance reviews, product quality, and maintenance are some of the tasks the General Manager will oversee. The General must have open availability for the restaurant and must be able to work various shifts per week. This position will be in charge of store sales, quality of service, and profit margins, and must have the basic knowledge of P&L statements and basic accounting skills. The General Manager must have strong communication and conflict resolution skills and will represent our brand with the highest degree of integrity.

Qualifications:

• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the General Manager must possess
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager
• The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
• The General Manager is preferred to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced management position in the restaurant industry
• The General manager is preferred to have a high school degree or equivalent
