Wright Public Entity serves as a management company providing claims administration, risk management & loss control, underwriting & marketing, and client services in New York for the NY Schools Insurance Reciprocal (NYSIR: ‘A' rated by Best), NY Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR: ‘A-' rated by Best) and Statewide Schools Health Plan. We also act as a TPA for Workers Compensation for various self-insured schools & municipalities in New York.
Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of mail merge letter
Support CSR with processing of endorsement requests as received daily
Process policy requests from broker
Maintain account files in an orderly sequence according to established procedures
Enter all required data into system to maintain current file data
Maintain follow-up system for correspondence/requests
Scanning and other clerical tasks, as assigned
Open Shell policies for Claims
Do all endorsements to Shell policies as needed
Competencies:
Possesses the ability to organize and prioritize work activities timely and efficiently
Possesses good written and oral communication skills
Possesses the ability to analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and select the best course of action in a timely manner
Position Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required

Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000 depending on experience
