Position:  Senior Accountant

Location:  Tulsa, OK

Experience: 3 years of progressively responsible accounting experience required; Certified Public Accountant or experience in a non-profit or higher education environment is preferred

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Type:  Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, Day shift

Pay:  Up to $69,000/year

Job Description:

• Responsible for multiple accounting functions including the preparation and analysis of financial statements for various programs of the organization
• Complete accounts receivable analysis, tuition billing tables, and various balance sheet reconciliations
• Responsible for maintaining the fixed asset module for the organization’s equipment inventory as well as reconciling the fixed assets monthly
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements

Position Requirements:

• Must be highly organized and have exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Must have strong organizational and computer skills; demonstrated ability in coordinating, scheduling, and managing an executive office environment
• Proficient in Windows environment and Office 365 Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
