Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and various business entities
Handle tax correspondence and provide guidance to clients
Work directly with clients to offer tax advice and recommendations
Oversee monthly accounting tasks including payroll, bookkeeping, and sales tax
Prepare accurate financial statements for clients
Supervise, manage, and develop the accounting team
Qualifications:

Enrolled Agent in good standing
Proven experience handling confidential information
Proficiency in tax preparation software with the ability to troubleshoot common challenges
Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and QuickBooks Online/Desktop
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a hunger for knowledge and growth
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
