The Company:
Thomas Tree & Landscape is a well established upscale landscape design, installation and maintenance company, a leader in the greater Mankato area for over 30 years!! We are seeking talented individuals to keep up with the great growth in Mankato and surrounding areas.

The Position :
We’re looking for landscape installation crew members. Full and Part Time work available. Pay scale is determined by ability and experience but starts at $18 per hour. Retirement and benefit packages available.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Team player.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis.
• Drivers must have a valid driver's license as well as a willingness to complete driver qualification and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and work effectively on a crew.
• Execute scheduled jobs.
• Installation of plants, edging, softscapes/hardscapes, and mulch.
• Proper job-site cleanup.
• Ensure the proper care and safety operations of equipment at all time.
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
