Position Summary:

VintEdge Winery, is actively seeking an experienced, full-time, Facilities Maintenance Manager for its south Napa location. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for all maintenance-related needs of the approximately 100,000 sq. ft., state-of-the art facility, including: equipment, structure, and grounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaboratively work with the Executive Director, Winemakers, Clients, and staff to ensure a
safe and operationally sound environment in which business operations can thrive
Create and execute scheduled maintenance on building systems including, plumbing,
electrical, HVAC, generators, water treatment, lighting, grounds, and housekeeping
Effectively coordinate and communicate with vendor partners in the maintenance and repair,
when necessary, of all building systems
Maintain timely and accurate safety and maintenance records for inspection and historical
reference
Identify and train, motivated staff to ensure all work-related maintenance programs are
achieved
Understand and comply with all OSHA workplace safety standards
Must be available to respond for on-call emergencies

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-10 years’ experience in related field
Ability to work as a member of a team with focused goals and objectives
Must be highly organized
Able to effectively communicate with staff and clients
Must be literate in basic computer functions such as: MS Word, Excel, etc.
Equipment certifications are valued
Must be able to recruit and effectively manage subordinate team members
Must have valid driver’s license
Must be able to operate warehouse equipment including, but not limited to forklifts, pressure
washers, hoses, ladders
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity throughout the workday
