TITLE: Human Resources Director

RESPONSIBLE TO: COO 

WORK AREA: Office

SUMMARY: The HR Director will lead and manage the human resource operations across five key regions: Louisiana, Utah, Ohio, West Virginia, and North Carolina. As the primary HR lead, the director will oversee employee relations, training, and performance management initiatives across these regions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives.

The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership within the Human Resources function and support all areas of Path Integrated Healthcare (Path) by developing and implementing Human Resources systems that attract, retain, develop, motivate, and reward a productive and engaged workforce. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Human Resources will formulate and oversee Human Resources planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with executive and regional leadership. As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Human Resources participates in the development of Path’s vision, policies, and short/long-term objectives. The Director of Human Resources will oversee all HR practices and initiatives, including staff recruitment and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, capacity planning, and organizational development. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of Human Resources trends and recommending cost effective and efficient solutions. Additionally, the Director of Human Resources will serve as the liaison for Human Resources initiatives between senior leadership, employees, professional organizations, and regulatory agencies.

Primary Job Responsibilities

· Lead HR team to deliver strategic and operational HR support within Path.

· Deploy talent and development programs.

· Lead Employee engagement efforts

· Partner to operations and support performance, quality and patient care initiatives

· All other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Experience, Job Knowledge/Skills and Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field is required.

· Minimum of seven or more years' progressively responsible experience in Human Resource management with demonstrated expertise across the continuum of Human Resource functions/operations, change management, and process improvement.

· Strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and a high ability to collaborate with executives, managers, and the general employee population.

· Excellent strategic, consulting and process thinking abilities. Ability to simplify complex issues and take a pragmatic approach to organizational deliverables. Ability to architect and implement large changes and operate easily between concept and operation.

· Critical thinking to translate business needs into HR strategies; and translate HR strategies into specific goals, actions, and deliverables.

· Regarded as strong developer of diverse teams and individuals.
