Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Occupatinal Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Sunnyvale, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. SNF Experience CA License Covid Vaccination + Booster Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred Productivity: 90 %
