SUMMARY

As a LoadUp Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first contact point for our Loader teams and consumers. You will provide a customer-centric experience through phone calls, texts, chats, and emails. People who choose this position are effective communicators, creatively helpful, able to perform well in complex situations, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive under pressure. Our environment is fast-paced, challenging, and highly rewarding.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Problem-solving ability; creative thinking
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

SALARY AND BONUS POTENTIAL

• $40,000.00  Annual Gross Salary

• $500 Monthly Performance Bonus at 100% of target
