Are you an expert in IT audit and controls with a passion for driving process improvements and automation in a dynamic healthcare environment? We're seeking an innovative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Audit & Controls Specialist reporting to the Manager IT Audit & Controls.

Role Overview:

As an IT Audit & Controls Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing the design and effectiveness of IT general controls and automated application controls. Your primary focus will involve driving finance process improvements through auditing and technical solutions. Key responsibilities include assessing business practices, identifying control procedures, documenting control strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating with stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting and technical/data analytics activities, including developing automation tools for finance users.
