• Will oversee the Special Finance Managers at multiple locations in Columbus
• Set sales objectives, track progress, and exceed goals for Special F&I department
• Ensure F&I Managers adhere to all state and federal laws and regulation
• Hire, train, and develop members of the Special F&I team
• Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold
• Adhere to approved product pricing guidelines
• Keep sales management up to date with regard to rates and products
• Complete all training certifications as directed by management
• Follow policies and procedures

Required:

• CDK or Dealertrack experience preferred
• Experience: Minimum two years in automotive finance manager or special finance experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and State Sales License.
