Job Summary:

As the Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to maximize the value and profitability of our multi-family properties portfolio. This dynamic position involves leading and supporting all aspects of the property lifecycle, from acquisition and development to disposition. You'll spearhead the identification of new assets, manage repositioning efforts, negotiate legal agreements, and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Define target acquisitions and markets, identifying top quartile opportunities.
- Lead due diligence and acquisition processes, including financial review and property management coordination.
- Negotiate and finalize complex legal agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee asset cash flow and financial performance, optimizing investor equity and distributions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive revenue optimization.
- Develop and implement business plans to expand asset under management.
- Engage with advisory clients, fostering strong relationships and facilitating growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with leadership to formulate and execute department strategies.
- Provide expertise in contract law, ROI analysis, and property valuation processes.
- Present reports and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in real estate, finance, or accounting.
- 20+ years of experience in property acquisitions or asset management, with leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and other business platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and financial analysis techniques.
