Job Summary: The primary purpose of the Regional Business Office Manager is to oversee the quality of resident account service, to assure resident accounts services are provided in accordance with the facility's established policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and to implement the resident account policies to assure the highest level of resident account services is maintained at all times.

Essential Duties:
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Assist in overseeing residents' engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.

Experience in Long Term Care Business Office preferred.

Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
