Aon is looking for a Fac Director located in Miami! Role Responsibilities:
Forming relationships with the Aon network offices, cedents and third parties in the Caribbean region. Additionally s upporting the development and growth of a growing Property and Casualty portfolio.
Broker endorsements and renewals, identifying appropriate channels for risk placement based on clients’ market security guidelines.
Responsibility for working in accordance Aon framework, and compliance with Aon policies.
Direct focus on new Facultative broking production; producing new business and assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategy.
Develops comprehensive new business sales and development plans for identified targeted prospects and existing clients Skills and experience that will lead to success:
A minimum of 2 to 7 years broking and/or underwriting commercial lines' experience, with a focus on property insurance
CPCU or ARE designation or progression towards is preferred but not required
Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial property and Energy insurance (previous experience in reinsurance is an asset)
Outstanding social skills with capability to interact with major clients to cultivate and maintain positive relationships
Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
