Job Title: Physical Therapist - 13-Week Assignment

Location: Pleasanton, CA 94566

Shift: Day Shift, 8 hours per day

Position Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Hourly Rate: $48 to $56

Job Summary: As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain or improve their physical function and mobility. This temporary assignment offers day shifts with 8 hours per day, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience while exploring a new location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical function and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' needs.

• Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Flexibility and adaptability to new environments.
