Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Oklahoma City South Sooner branch has an immediate opening for an AVP Branch Manager I ! As an AVP Branch Manager I , you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and administering the operational efforts of their Branch in support of TFCU's strategic plan
• Ensuring their team stays within compliance of all established policies and procedures
• Overseeing the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members and fosters a sales-oriented culture
• Ensuring that members are promptly and professionally served in a manner that enhances TFCU's reputation
• Identifying and hiring top talent, developing each member of their team to their fullest potential, setting a clear direction for the branch, while creating long term relationships within their branches community

Salary Range :

The salary range starts at $113,690.65; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience :

You must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field . Requires five years' financial institution experience in a role with similar responsibility and four additional years supervisory experience . 

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for on year of education.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as an AVP Branch Manager I, you must possess these qualifications:

• Knowledge of TFCU lending policies and procedures
• Knowledge of TFCU history, code of ethics, products, and services
• Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards
• Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B and Reg. Z
• Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules
• Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects and member-related concerns and discrepancies
