Summary - Construction Account Coordinator/Project Coordinator:  

We are excited to find the right individuals to join our clients National Accounts Service Team in Olathe, KS. An Account Coordinator is responsible for client communication, conflict resolution and basic account management for our National Account Customers. An AC communicates with customers, internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors regarding door service projects nation-wide. We offer opportunities for advancement and promotions.  

*Typical Schedule is Mon-Friday 8-5 (High Preference for candidates with Tuesday-Saturday availability)*

Responsibility Summary - Construction Account Coordinator/Project Coordinator:  

• Coordinate service & repairs for commercial projects across the country with local subcontractors and vendors
• Quote & order materials necessary for project completion while ensuring profit margins and over Gross Profit targets are met and exceeded
• Provide consistent communication and frequent updates to customers
• Process payment approval for subcontractor invoice in a timely manner
• Assist in coordinating the various project specifics on the accounts
• Training new Account Coordinators on department procedures with regards to handling complex situations

Qualification Summary – Construction Account Coordinator/Project Coordinator:

• HS Diploma required; AS or BS in a relevant field of study preferred
• 1+ years of experience operating in a role assisting with the oversight/management of construction processes
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Follows direction with focused attention
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibits sound judgement
• Maintains a calm, professional demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers and suppliers
