Job Title: Remote IT Manager
Location: 100% Remote; Must reside in the US
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 Annual Base Salary, Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, 401K, Profit Sharing, PTO
Requirements: 8+ years in IT operations, supervising/mentoring, Windows, Linux, MacOS, Security+, CompTIA A+, Network Administration, Azure, Microsoft Intune

We are looking for an experienced Remote IT Manager to join our team in the Real Estate - Property Management industry. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who can take on the responsibility of managing our IT systems and ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff is a must.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain existing computer systems and technology infrastructure by crafting, maintaining, monitoring, and enforcing standards and procedures for technical resources
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Develop a roadmap to implement solutions based on company prioritization
- Oversee the management of the companys on-param computer systems, networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency
- Act as a manager and coach current IT Staff by communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to office staff on various IT systems.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.

What You Need for this Position

- 8+ years of experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems
- Data center management and data governance experience
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, network installation
- Windows, Linux, macOS
- PowerShell Scripting and Automation
- CompTIA A+
- Network+
- Agile
- Azure
- Microsoft Intune
- Security+ (Preferred)
- SIAM (Plus)
- CISSP(Plus)
