Job Description:
The central Office of Information Technology at Auburn University is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our High-Performance Computing team! Auburn researchers use High Performance Computing to solve some of the world's most difficult and important problems. As a HPC Systems Engineer at Auburn, your programming, automation, and systems administration skills make a direct, positive impact on scientific discovery, and advance the Auburn mission, which is dedicated to improving quality of life across the world.
This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation and enhancement of our High-Performance Computing infrastructure, supporting diverse research projects and academic initiatives. You will collaborate with a team of accomplished researchers, educators, and administrators to provide a robust HPC environment.

Working onsite is a requirement of the job. May work up to 2 days hybrid remote in local area with supervisor's approval.
