Job description
Summary
The YCDC Nutrition Personnel position is a 7:45am - 1pm position Monday-Friday. This individual is responsible for preparing and serving all food in proper amounts for the children and staff at YCDC. This person will become knowledgeable about nutrition, food preparation, sanitary operation of a kitchen and food service area. He/she must also be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the center?s philosophy. This person will be a team player that helps contribute to the overall effectiveness of YCDC.
Duties Cooking, Preparing, & Serving Food
Washing Dishes
Maintaining a clean kitchen environment
Requirements High School Diploma
Pass a Federal Background Check
CPR within the first 3 months of hire
