Job Overview
Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm is seeking an IT professional to join our team as help desk support.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing software support for Windows, Office, and industry specific software
Assisting with hardware support, such as new installations of PCs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Training new employees on logins, network drives, and other IT related items
The ideal candidate:
We're seeking an individual that is a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Requires:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new software programs
