Position Summary:


The Enrollment Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment Department, which includes leadership and mentoring of enrollment staff, coordinating enrollment functions, collaborating with fiscal management on the calculation/collection of member obligation, and developing enrollment plans to support strategic goals. This role is pivotal in representing Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI) with external stakeholders, including building and maintaining strong relationships with the Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) and the Department of Health Services (DHS).


This position is also responsible for conducting regular analysis of enrollment data, assists in financial budgeting, and develops plans to address variances in enrollment trends. The Enrollment Manager works in collaboration with other leaders and departments to provide accurate, timely, and relevant enrollment information for organizational decision making.
