Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Experience Coordinator . In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of your client's travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. Your ultimate goal will be to keep clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
Work with travel vendors to secure the best rates and options for company travel
Monitor changes in travel policies and procedures and ensure compliance
Respond to clients inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
