If you are a Land Acquisition Manager in the General Contracting/Developer Space please read on!
- Establish direct relationships with sellers and land sources
- Initiate deals and preliminary negotiations
- Utilize market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities
- Create project and staff schedules for plan coordination.
- Create budgets and bids for development work
- 5+ years of Land Acquisition Management experience
- BS in Construction or Real Estate related field a huge plus
- Experience in Single Family Community & Residential Construction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be customer centric (Close the deal!)
