The Role: Smart Home Security Consultant

Your primary responsibility is to generate new residential and small business customers, utilizing company leads and self-generated prospecting. Our Smart Home Sales Consultants provide onsite evaluations for residential and commercial applications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to educate, design, and implement the installation and service of products.
Manage relationships with sales center representatives in assigned communities.
Identify and schedule appointments with new homeowners and businesses through prospecting, obtaining referrals, partnerships, and social media engagements.
Call on new builder accounts to identify new homeowners, schedule sales consultations, and sell home technology services.
Utilize cutting-edge technologies to create smarter homes and businesses, allowing customers to remotely secure and interact with their properties from their smartphones, tablets, and PCs from anywhere in the world.
Guide clients through the use of home automation, enabling features like live video streaming from smartphones, door locking/unlocking, thermostat control, lighting adjustments, garage door operations, and more.

Income:

$64,850 - $125,000+ (work 20-30 hours a week to make $65K, work 40-50 hours to make $125K+).
