Marketing Liaison
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives and foster strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Secure service agreements with managed care organizations, governmental bodies, and other payment providers.
- Serve as the primary contact between the Agency and the community, ensuring effective communication and addressing needs.
- Champion and market home and mental health programs services, ensuring top-notch health care quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and admission quotas for specified locations, aligned with compensation structures.
- Develop and execute strategic plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to enhance market share. Focus on key account expansion, diversification, and strategic call distribution.
- Optimize coverage of both existing and potential territories/accounts.
- Uphold an active CRM pipeline for consistent referral development.
- Conduct result-driven sales engagements, spotlighting the advantages of our Agency
- Partner with the Marketing Manager/Branch Manager in pursuing organizational growth.
- Remain updated on industry shifts, regulatory requirements, and other pertinent market dynamics.
- Prudently manage company resources and budgets.
- Strategically position the agency's services above competitors.
- Engage and educate the medical fraternity on our offerings through effective sales pitches and educational sessions.
- Ensure punctual completion of sales-related administrative tasks.
- Stay informed about pertinent laws and regulations concerning home care and associated services.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of tangible sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a healthcare background and polished community relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
- Stellar communication skills with the aptitude to connect with a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and adeptness with CRM platforms.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality; robust organizational capabilities.
- A fervent commitment to our brand's mission and a polished professional presence.
- Flexibility to work remotely, a valid driver's license, and ability to handle minor lifting tasks.
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of computer usage and telecommunication.
Additional Duties:
- Operate under the oversight of the proprietors, spearheading referrals and inquiries in a rapidly expanding market.
- Achieve set targets and revenue benchmarks for the DFW region.
- Foster relationships with pivotal referral sources, liaise with key partners like Civitas, Kindred, & THR, and participate in pertinent events.
- Organize and execute weekly sales visits and calls in rotation.
- Present comprehensive weekly reports on activities, expenses, and results to the proprietors.
- Be adaptable to field/community engagements, including weather variations.
