Job description
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Technical Services, the Repair Program Manager is responsible for managing customer
facing projects & activities for the Technical Services business unit including repair sales and repair programs.
Program / Project Management (40%)
Program and project management support including administrative and coordination for complex contracts, projects, task(s), and business units.
Responsible for P/L of specific assigned customer
Coordinates with finance, operations, and repair teams to ensure all program resources are performing and excelling according to contract scope.
Manages all ERP transactions ensuring cost and revenue triggers as well as monthly close processes are properly executed.
Coordinates with customer and sales team to support customer
Responsible for overall customer experience as it relates to execution of the customer contractual
Coordinates and conducts weekly, monthly internal and external program meetings as program
Data Analytics (25%)
Analyze data to identify and develop solutions for existing requirements and future
Supports the sales team as relates to financial modeling of new customer engagements and deal sheet creation.
Collaborates with team members to build measurement systems which drive the analytical
Generates monthly reports on the profitability and efficiency of programs in BU segments
Creates executive summaries to be shared with the executive team detailing program activity highlighting successes and areas for improvements.
Escalation Resolution (20%)
Utility team member that assists Sagent and the executive team with critical escalations
Monitor and evaluate customer experience programs of best-in-class organizations and identify ways to adopt their best practices.
Contributes to long-term project and company strategic planning to prevent future escalations
Continuous Improvement (15%)
Drive and report on accountability metrics throughout the

Highlight systems, processes and gaps which should be transformed to drive efficiency and cost
Travel Requirement (10%)

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related on the job experience in
A minimum of five years of responsible leadership experience, preferably in management
A minimum of three years of data analytics experience with Power BI, Tableau or other, preferred.
A minimum of three years managing technology
Specialized training in management techniques preferred
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and development skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Must include knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working in ERP systems
Ability to read business unit financial statements
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees
Ability to use functional and situational reasoning
Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
