How you will contribute (not limited to)
You will make a difference in our patient’s lives by providing safe patient care, in both a routine and emergency visit setting, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Location: Lawrenceville, GA Coverage area (not limited to):DeKalb, Gwinette, Fulton, and Cobb counties
Schedule: Friday 5pm - Monday 8am

Qualifications
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
