Location: Northern California (300-bed medical center)

 Position Overview: CMC is seeking a Radiology Director to join a 300 bed Trauma Hospital. The Radiology Director will be based at a prestigious 300-bed medical center in beautiful Northern California. The successful Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Director will have prior experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Director in similar-sized acute care hospitals. The Director of Radiology is supported by a Radiology Manager and two Assistant Managers. There is the main hospital campus and three outpatient imaging centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Radiology department
• Oversee daily operations, including staff management and resource allocation
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless healthcare delivery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director in Radiology at similar-sized acute care hospitals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing healthcare environments
