Summary

 

We are actively hiring a Senior Manager of Internal Agency to join our team at Corporate HQ in Salisbury, MD. The Senior Manager will have primary responsibility for the integration, delivery, and scheduling of the Perdue creative needs across the external agency and internal agency resources. They will work directly under the supervision of the VP Integrated marketing, the Senior Manager will be responsible to taking the creative direction developed by the Agency of Record and balancing the work that needs to be executed with the internal team vs external team. They will also work with the Creative Director and will own the scheduling and project management of all internal agency creative asset development.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

These accountability collectively contribute to the successful execution of projects and the overall effectiveness of the Account Services & Traffic Manager role within our internal creative team.

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end process of projects, from briefing to delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards.
  3. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including creative teams and tools, to optimize project workflows and meet deadlines.
  4. Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining client expectations.
  5. Communication: Facilitate clear communication between clients and the creative team, ensuring that client feedback is effectively communicated and incorporated into projects.
  6. Problem Resolution: Address challenges and conflicts promptly, finding solutions to keep projects on track and maintaining positive client relationships.
  7. Traffic Flow Optimization: Streamline and optimize the flow of work within the agency, ensuring that projects move through each stage smoothly and efficiently.
  8. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of work quality, reviewing projects to ensure they meet both client expectations and agency standards.
  9. Budget Management: Collaborate with the accounting team to monitor project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and projects are financially viable.
  10. Reporting: Provide regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and client satisfaction to agency leadership and clients.
  11. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among team members, promoting effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  12. Studio Management: Coordinate general facilities management of the studio space, coordinate work and updates in creative use down time.

Minimum Education

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, Art or related field.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
