Job Title: Project Manager/Building Envelope Consultant
Location: Field/Queens, NY
Salary: Competitive Base+Bonus
Requirements: Project Management, Envelopes or Façades

Based in Queens, we're an engineering firm that's been providing expertise with the restoration of building envelopes and façades for over 30 years.

If you are a Project Manager with Envelope or Façade experience please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

- Management of Building Envelope and façade Projects in NYC

What You Need for this Position

The ability to commute to Queens on a daily basis and at least 7 years of experience with:

- Project Management
- Building façades or Envelopes
- Local Law 11 (LL11)
