Job description
JOB POSTING: Registered Behavior Technician helps implement applied behavior analysis through natural environment teaching strategies to teach communication, behavioral, and social skills for adults that are mentally and physically challenged. This is a full-time position with hourly work up to 40 hours per week. Morning, afternoon, and NOC positions are currently open.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be 21 years or older. Must have attained a High School diploma or an appropriately accredited institution is required; a college degree is preferred. Preferred experience in Education, Child Development, Psychology. Experience working with individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to work with staff, fellow employees, families, and caregivers in a professional manner. Must possess unrestricted, state-appropriate driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
RBT Certification is preferred however we may offer training/certification through our company.
Ongoing training and supervision will be provided by a certified RBT supervisor.
