Job description • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, customer relationship management needs, and specific requirements • Solution Design: Design and propose SAP CRM solutions that align with the client's business objectives. Should be able to work on functional specifications and UAT documentation • Should have experience in agile methodology. • This may involve recommending modules, features, and configurations • System Configuration: SPRO Configuration for SAP CRM system to meet the client's requirements, including integration configs for sales, marketing, service, returns, complaints and customer interaction processes. • Data Migration: Plan and oversee the migration of customer data and other relevant information into SAP CRM systems. • Customization: Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements within SAP CRM, often using SAP's development tools, such as SAP CRM Web UI and AET tool to enhance the SAP screens. • Integration: Ensure that SAP CRM integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, as well as with third-party systems • User Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively use and manage the SAP CRM system • Working knowledge of S4/ HANA customizations would have an additional advantage.
