A rapidly growing Federally Qualified Healthcare Center located in Northwest Indiana has an opening for an Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to join their team in an outpatient setting. They pride themselves on being a flexible place of employment allowing for an excellent quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $115,000-$130,000 Salary Range
• Vacation: 160 hours. Personal time: 40 hours
• CME: 40 hours, allowance of $2,500

Job Details:

• Outpatient only in a clinic setting
• No Call!
• Flexible schedules include 5-8-hour shifts or 4-10-hour shifts. Other options considered
• NextGen EHR
• New and experienced Nurse Practitioners welcome
• Family or Adult Gerontology Certification required
