Job Summary
University Home Care is currently looking for an experienced Home Health Aide Manager to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. This full-time / hourly position will require management skills for duties related to providing and coordinating home health care services and managing personnel. As Home Health Aide Manager, you will mange other employees to make sure they are doing their job.
Compensation & Benefits
This position pays $20 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly. You will be working a 5 days a week from a 9am-5pm but always be on call, incases someone calls off.
Responsibilities
- • Manage other employees to make sure they are doing their assigned work.
- • Make sure employees are at work on time
- • Help take care of patients as well
- Give daily updates regarding the employees and building
Requirements
- 1+ years of management experience in home health aide services (preferred)
- Experience in developing care plans for clients
- Ability to maintain working relationships with families, work well with other peopl
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems to track daily home health aide activities
