Project Manager / Estimator - Deep Foundations, Earth Retention, Ground Improvement Contracting
South Carolina, United States
Annual salary of up to $130,000

Skills Required: Aggregate Piers, Vibro Compaction, Soil Nail Walls, Micropiles, Tieback Anchors, Landslide Stabilisation, Rock and Ground Anchors, Grouting, Shotcrete, Auger Cast

Job Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initiation to completion within budget and schedule
Estimate project costs and prepare bids for potential clients
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project success
Implement safety measures and quality control procedures on-site
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients

Essential Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in project management and estimating
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:
Experience working with the skills listed above
Previous experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with project management software
