Our expertise extends to landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. We cater to a diverse clientele, from single-family home developments to commercial buildings and shopping centers.
We are currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our commitment to providing top-tier irrigation services, ensuring excellence in installation, maintenance, and overall system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of irrigation technicians.
- Recruit, train, and develop effective irrigation teams.
- Plan and manage team's daily tasks and assignments.
- Provide hands-on training for new hires, emphasizing skill development and safety protocols.
- Perform comprehensive irrigation inspections on all properties.
- Develop irrigation mappings by zone and provide copies to the Branch Manager.
- Prepare detailed irrigation proposals for all repairs and upgrades.
- Supervise and participate in the installation of irrigation systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Manage irrigation installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Oversee material management and inventory at each location.
- Implement efficient inventory management practices for irrigation equipment and supplies.
- Conduct audits and inspections for all irrigation starts on new properties, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness and longevity of installed irrigation systems.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment, including 2-wire systems.
- Proficiency in using management software, particularly Aspire.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to build and manage effective teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Experience in handling client interactions and concerns.
- Understanding of pricing strategies and profitability goals in the irrigation industry.
- Proven experience in irrigation management, including team leadership and scheduling.
