Maintenance Helper

Monday-Friday | 6am-3:30pm | $17/hr+ DOE

Summary:

A climate-controlled west Tulsa company is seeking a general maintenance tech to assist in building maintenance, light carpentry, some janitorial work and other miscellaneous facility needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to use hand tools
• Heavy lifting
• Communication skills (working with other maintenance personnel)
• Forklift experience a plus
• Some carpentry type skills
• Some preventative maintenance skills
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
