Job description
INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY
This position reports directly to the Home Care Director and may take direction from Supervisors in Charge (SIC). the PCA/CNA is responsible for providing care to residents. Duties shall be performed with resident needs in mind and in accordance with the government regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Communicate with residents and resident families in a polite and professional manner.
Assist residents in by delivering meals.
Assist residents with their activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, transfer, and mobility..
Assistance with medication
Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as necessary and/or assigned to care for residents.
Follow safety and infection control policies and procedures when providing care to residents.
Pay will be determined upon interview process.
