The candidate will part of the Equity Performance and Analytics team within the broader Strategy & Analytics group. He or She will support all activities associated with the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of Equity Funds. The candidate's core responsibility will be to manage the production of fund performance analytics covering both the preparation of actuals performance and future projected performance. He or She will also be heavily involved with fund modeling to support fund raising activities, as well as all aspects of Private Equity Portfolio monitoring activities/metrics.
Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for oversight and accuracy of fund performance reporting.
- Support Marketing and Deal Teams requests for track records and various performance reports.
- Manage the future cash flow projection process and the overall fund level consolidation.
- Budget/Model fund outcomes including Management and carried interest projections.
- Support Strategic initiatives and Fund raising with modeling work and various ad-hoc request.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of various Portfolio Company metrics.
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of value creation bridges.
- Maintain the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track key performance.
- Prepare investor communication materials, including DDQs, investor questionnaires, etc.
- Support the development of strategic systems (Equity Data Warehouse, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate institution
- At least 5+ years of experience in financial services / investment management/ accounting with an understanding of Private Equity Funds.
- Excellent quantitative analytical and modeling skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Access, Macros, Power Point.
- Knowledge of performance measurements (e.g. IRR, TWR, ROE) is desirable.
- Highly organized, keen attention to detail, and able to effectively manage multiple processes simultaneously;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various internal and external constituents;
- Embraces a culture centered on teamwork and is flexible with job responsibilities.
- Strong judgment needed to: i) foresee potential risks and roadblocks to task completion; and, ii) identify effective solutions;
- Excels in a rigorous and fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of Investran and S&P iLevel is desirable.

Pay Range 121,500 - 175,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
