POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides skilled office and administrative support services for assigned work area. Performs assigned duties promptly and efficiently to ensure professional services are provided. Promotes positive working relationships with co-workers, and other employees associated with the University Health, and various Bexar County offices and departments. Provides excellent customer service and adheres to the standards and behaviors of the University Health
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Secretarial courses or attendance at business school or college is preferred. Two years office experience is preferred. Two years of experience within University Health System is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Notary Public Commission is preferred.
