Proposal Engineer

I am seeking a Proposal Engineer for the Hanover, PA area. This individual must have experience in proposal writing within a manufacturing setting.

Proposal Engineer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

The Proposal Engineer will quotes services offered by the company. This employee is primarily responsible for drafting and submitting proposal packages for the company.

Proposal Engineer Qualifications:

• 2yr or 4yr Engineering/Manufacturing based degree or relevant Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
