Job description
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Client Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for our clients and provide superior customer service. This position requires an in-depth understanding of investments and the financial services industry and the ability to quickly build relationships with clients.
The primary responsibilities of this position include providing customer service, gathering and analyzing customer data, and providing financial advice and support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance on investment options, performing financial research, conducting due diligence, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of financial services experience and hold a Series 65 license. They should be detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should also be knowledgeable about investment products and services, including stocks and bonds, mutual funds, and other investment vehicles.
